Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • This home is pet friendly. Max two dogs under 35lbs. If you leave the property without your family dog(s), then they MUST be crated or placed in the gated pet nook on the lower level. Dogs may not roam free without their owner(s) present.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Free parking available. Double driveways (upper and lower).

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well-stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking basics.
  • Dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, and laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer, ironing board & iron) are provided.
  • High-speed internet and TV provided.
  • Towels and bed linens will be provided.
  • Starter set of paper products (toilet paper per bathroom, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths) for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryer is provided.
  • Climate control available.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector provided.
  • 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-April and chains may also be necessary during inclement weather.
  • Exterior driveway cameras monitor the property; no cameras monitor decks, firepit area, or interior spaces.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit (minus $50 cancellation fee).
  • Bookings canceled between 15–29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit (minus $50 cancellation fee).
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
